Their wedding announcement will read: “Girl from Boston meets boy from Oklahoma in Texas.” Despite the circumstances, they’re getting married in November, and we couldn’t be more excited. Congrats to our friends, Jeffster!

We just heard some great news! Mary Kate and Scott’s gorgeous Austin wedding is going to be featured in tomorrow’s Bride’s Cafe! We’re so honored and humbled to share our work with Janie and her readers! This is our first ever featured wedding so we’re also a little nervous. More than just our friends (who are always nice to us) will see our work, and that’s a little unnerving.
(Please be kind!)
Anyway, if you’re planning a wedding, you need to check out her site for inspiration and advice. It definitely is one of top 3 wedding sites out there!

Tiffany and Chris were married at the Plano Art Centre in historic downtown Plano this summer. It’s only appropriate for their wedding to take place among canvases and paint brushes, since Tiffany is an artist herself. Check out the painting she created of her and Chris! With skillz like that, who needs an engagement photographer? Just kidding. I take that back. You need engagement photos. Taken by us. Really.

They played a game where Chris had to pick out which hand was Tiffany’s. Notice the guy on the right who thinks he can trick Chris.

At one point, Chris was given a chicken wing….Which he consumed.

3rd dress of the night for the bride.

Engaged on New Year’s Eve 2008, and quickly after, we’re photographing their wedding at the Ashton Gardens in Houston. Phil and Allyson are good friends of ours so there were a ton of mutual college friends at the wedding, making it a lot more fun (and a tiny bit harder) to work. For the curious, Allyson’s gorgeous dress was designed by Jane Hamidi of Palazzo. Check out the gorgeous details and unique wedding they had! (Hint: look for the lion dancers and exploding bouquet)
