Today, I’m sharing a beautiful and fun Brazilian/Asian wedding I shot at the historic Battery Gardens Restaurant in Battery Park in New York City. It’s a classic location with an amazing view of Lady Liberty.
As I learned from this wedding, Brazilians are a fun group of people! Italo and his friends love joking around, having fun, dancing, drinking, but mostly, putting family and friends above all else. I’ve known Amy since high school and we share a mutual set of friends we’ve met through high school and college (hook ’em!). Of course, since she’s such a warm and fun-loving person, she’s surrounded by an equally awesome group. It was an honor and pleasure celebrating with a close friend and the amazing people around them.
The day began at the boutique Ink48 hotel followed by a gorgeous ceremony kissed by a warm sunset, ending with a candlelit-turned-crazy-dance-party reception. Love, fun, and laughter were all felt at Amy and Italo’s unique Brazilian Chinese mix wedding!
