Tara & Jeremy were married in Longview, TX on a beautiful ranch out in the middle of nowhere. There couldn’t have been a better location as the backdrop to their wedding was big open skies and a medley of trees.
This was a ridiculously awesome privelege for me to shoot with one of Dallas’ best photographers, Erik Clausen of POSER : IMAGE. I’m so grateful I was able to take part in this wedding and witness such a beautiful ceremony. One thing that neither Andrew or I have ever seen at a wedding is applause as the bride enters with her father. At that exact moment, I remember a sinking feeling in my chest and thinking, “W O W. Wait, what’s going on??” But, I kept working so I didn’t give myself time to dwell on it or realize exactly what was happening. The more I think about the guests clapping as Tara enters, the more I realize just how fortunate and blessed I was to share in the moment. And the more I have hope that my wedding, my future bride’s character, and moreso, my relationship with her, will receive as grand an entrance as theirs. Thank you Tara, and Jeremy, for everything.
